That’s why we established the Tyler Excellence Awards – a program designed to highlight the impact of Tyler software and solutions made possible by our clients. Since 2010, we have honored more than 300 organizations and the unsung heroes behind the work that leads to more efficient, effective, and connected communities.

TEA winners receive complimentary travel, accommodations, and registration to our annual Connect user conference. Winners are also recognized through the presentation of an engraved crystal award, exclusive opportunities during the conference, and storytelling and educational programs to further amplify their success stories.

The Tyler Excellence Awards were established to acknowledge clients who demonstrate leadership, innovation, and excellence in developing, deploying, and maintaining Tyler solutions in impactful ways — because our clients are a big part of why our solutions are so successful.

Entry Requirements and Acceptance Details

The deadline for all submitted materials is Friday, February 28, 2025.

Entries may come from a single individual or a collective group at an organization. No additional purchase in the calendar year of your submissions is needed to be eligible. We encourage you to provide details and reasonable insight into the use of Tyler solution(s) within your jurisdiction under the selected submission category (selected separately).

If you are selected as a winner and have already registered for the conference, you will be reimbursed for your admittance.

Travel arrangements must be made through Tyler's travel partner, Spotnana. Awardees will be provided with more information upon selection.
